Fermentation of the Members’ Pinot Noir from our Estate Wingo Vineyard is complete! Today marks our first finished (primary) fermentation. The skins, still laden with flavors, colors and tannins, get raked, scooped and shoveled out to be pressed and put into barrels. In barrels beneath the ground, this newborn baby wine will wait to undergo secondary fermentation. Below you will find a short photo diary of the day’s festivities.
