Making Sense of Pairing Chardonnay

Chardonnay is one of the great white grape varieties of the world. Our cool climate imparts bright and vibrant acidity with great fruit intensity which are key components to pairing with a wide variety of foods. We will profile the wonderful attributes that make Chardonnay such a lovely food wine and feature a recipe to pair with two of our Chardonnay selections. We will discuss how texture and flavor can influence what to pair and what cooking methods are best. 

The two Chardonnays will be announce in advance along with the recipe so that you can purchase and plan in advance.
